Coach - Mentor opportunity
In April 2017, PMI initiated its coaching model when 14 of its members attended the first modules of the National Coaching Certification Program. Over this past summer Jim Vincent, who many of you know as a respected and experienced pickleball player, developed and tested the first part of our coaching program.
Using his material and methods, Jim will be training 8 coaches between now and Thanksgiving.
From mid October 2017 to mid December 2017, PMI will "test run” this first phase of our coaching program. At the end of the 8-week period we will be assessing our progress and making modifications as required. It is planned to continue this program in the spring of 2018.
